How to install the pressurizer

All of our products undergo long-term aging and testing before leaving the factory, and the parameters have been adjusted to the optimal state before final inspection. Therefore, before the product is put into use by the user, only wiring and a simple voltage check are required, without the need for further debugging. The wiring is clearly marked and the installation is very simple. Ordinary electricians or technical personnel with electrician qualifications can proficiently complete it. All product installations are the responsibility of the customer, and our company can provide remote technical support at any time.

1. The diameter of the power supply line at the input end of the voltage regulator should meet the current value of the corresponding capacity of the voltage regulator. You can call our company's 400 hotline or technical department for consultation.

2. The incoming power line should be connected to the input end of the voltage regulator, and connected to the R, S, T (or A, B, C) three-phase according to the color of the bus: yellow, green, and red. The outgoing power line should be connected to the output end of the voltage regulator, and the yellow, green, and red should be connected to the U, V, W (or a, b, c) three-phase respectively. The zero line at the incoming and outgoing ends should be connected to the middle "N" terminal. The chassis shell should be connected to the ground, and the grounding resistance should be less than 0.4 ohms.

3. When installing the voltage regulator, it should be kept 0.8 meters away from the wall and away from flammable materials. It is strictly prohibited to block the cooling holes of the voltage regulator; Strictly prevent water ingress and strictly prohibit use in humid environments.

4. When wiring, the wire and the terminal should be firmly connected and compressed. The terminal of the terminal and the voltage regulator should ensure the maximum contact surface, and the fixing screws must be tightened to prevent detachment, ignition, and oxidation of the contact point or surface caused by excessive contact resistance and heat generation.

5. The ground wire and neutral wire should not be connected in reverse or together, otherwise it may cause the body to be charged or unable to work properly.

6. The input and output circuits of three-phase series AC voltage regulators must be strictly connected according to the three-phase four wire system, and the zero line must not be omitted, otherwise it will damage the voltage regulator and electrical equipment.

7. After connecting all the connecting wires and checking for accuracy, all loads of the voltage regulator can be disconnected, the power switch can be turned on, and the AC voltage regulator will enter the working state. The display will display the voltage value.

8. There should be no leakage protection switch in front of the voltage regulator, otherwise there is a high possibility of the leakage protection switch tripping. At this time, it is necessary to replace the standard air switch with a new one or move the leakage protection switch to the output end of the voltage regulator.

9. It is normal to test the voltage between the three live wires of the voltage regulator and the zero wire at around 220V. Then, test the line voltage between the live wires at 380V. If the three values are unbalanced and differ by more than 10V, it is due to phase angle deviation. Please contact the local power supply bureau for a solution!

10. After the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected to enter the load test. After all tests are normal, it can be put into normal use.
